Originally from Pennsylvania, Gillian Cowin moved to Jacksonville a year ago after living in New York for ten years. She caught the CrossFit bug back in New York and never looked back!

Coming from a retail background, Gillian’s passion is people. Managing businesses and teams helped her easily transition into coaching and she received her CF-OL1 last year and her USAW L1 this past Spring.

Understanding an athlete’s strengths and opportunities and being a part of their journey to hitting their goals fuels her fire. Always the cheerleader, this is probably why she loves judging at local and regional CF competitions, please say hi next time you see her!

Gillian feels strongly that making an investment in yourself is step one in the process. Being a former patient herself, she believes in the work we do and is here to support you on your journey. She is happy to help answer any questions on scheduling and how we run things here at MOTION RX!

In her free time, you will find Gillian traveling throughout the state of Florida to competitions, working on her Olympic lifts and hitting Legacy Ale Works (Casa required.)
