TPI In Jacksonville and Clearwater

Our team of experienced physical therapists are dedicated to helping golfers of all skill levels achieve their performance goals. That’s why we offer Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) programs and assessments to help golfers improve their game and take their skills to the next level.

What is TPI?

TPI programs focus on the physical and biomechanical aspects of the golf swing, helping golfers develop a more efficient and effective swing. Through a combination of exercises, drills, and personalized coaching, our TPI programs help golfers improve their balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination, all of which are critical to a successful golf swing.

One of the key components of our TPI programs is our emphasis on identifying and addressing any physical limitations that may be impacting your swing. We use a variety of assessments, including a physical screening, swing analysis, and ball flight analysis, to identify areas where you may be able to improve your performance.

Our TPI programs are designed to be flexible and customizable, so that you can choose the format that works best for you. We offer group classes, private lessons, and online coaching, so that you can get the support and guidance you need, whether you prefer to work in a group or one-on-one.

In addition to our TPI programs, we also offer a range of assessments to help golfers identify areas where they may be able to improve their performance. Our assessments include a physical screening, swing analysis, and ball flight analysis, among others. We use state-of-the-art technology to provide you with detailed feedback on your technique and help you develop a personalized training plan to address any areas of weakness.

TPI Assessments in Jacksonville and Clearwater

Our physical screening is one of the most important assessments we offer, as it helps us to identify any physical limitations that may be impacting your swing. We use a variety of tests to evaluate your flexibility, strength, and coordination, and we use the results of these tests to develop a personalized training plan that addresses any areas of weakness.

Another important assessment we offer is our swing analysis, which allows us to evaluate your swing mechanics and identify areas where you may be able to improve your technique. We use video analysis and other tools to provide you with detailed feedback on your swing, and we work with you to develop a plan to improve your technique and optimize your swing.
