A native of the Midwest, Dr. Raven has always enjoyed the competitive nature of sports whether it was playing in soccer leagues or competing in swim meets. Raven received her bachelor’s degree at Southern Illinois University Carbondale in Exercise Science and then went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Missouri. Go Mizzou!

Over the past 4 years, CrossFit has become a large part of Raven’s past time along with searching for Jacksonville’s best cup of coffee with her Puppy Snoopy! Raven values the importance of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
