Growing up as an athlete, Peter always valued an active healthy lifestyle and has a tremendous interest in optimizing human body performance. He received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies with a double minor in Nutrition and Psychology from Rutgers University and obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina.
After seeing what the level and standard of care in a traditional insurance physical therapy model was like with seeing 2–3 patients at the same time, and not having the right environment to load up higher level athletes, he set out on a mission to provide a better healthcare alternative for athletes & active individuals which resulted in the start of MOTION RX in 2019.
Since then, MOTION RX has grown tremendously to 2 locations with one in Jacksonville and one in Tampa and has impacted thousands of individuals get out of pain and get back to the activities they love.
MOTION RX is highly regarded in Florida as one of the leading sports performance and ortho-pelvic companies to spearhead a new approach to modern healthcare.
In his free time, Peter enjoys working out, running, playing pickleball, and spending time with his family. You can catch him currently training to break sub 5 minutes in the 1 mile distance and sub 18 minutes in the 5k distance!
