Dana Solomon
MS, OTR/L, Pelvic Health Specialist
Dana Solomon has been an occupational therapist for almost 10 years. She began her career working with children and post NICU babies, and those years showed her how closely the well-being of baby and mother are connected, and how big a gap maternal health is in our healthcare system.
She has specialized in pelvic health for 5 years and works with all genders and ages. She doesn’t shy away from taboo topics and is always happy to talk through the details so clients understand the root cause of what is going on. Her passion for sharing relatable, evidence based pelvic floor information led her to create the Pelvic Health Clubhouse, and she has been featured on podcasts, blogs and in magazines.
Her approach combines movement, functional strength, manual therapy (myofascial release and visceral mobilization), mindfulness and nervous system regulation, and lifestyle changes for whole person treatment.
When she is not nerding out on pelvic health, she loves bike rides, travel, hiking, yoga, cooking and reading.
